Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), on a per person basis, and usually include applicable pre-payable taxes, fees and surcharges known at the time of quoting, which are subject to change without notice. All prices can be withdrawn or varied without notice and are for payment by cash or direct deposit in New Zealand dollars into our New Zealand bank account. We can also process payments by Online Eftpos (where available), which will incur a 1% merchant fee. Credit card prices are available on application and are accepted only on the basis that you agree not to initiate a chargeback against Our World Ltd. Unless otherwise advised, all prices are based on dynamic Service Provider pricing and may change at any time without notice, prior to booking and full payment. While we will make every effort to secure the best available price for you, in some cases and especially for non-refundable prices, this may require immediate payment and issuance of your travel documents. We reserve the right to pass on any increases in costs imposed by Service Providers, Governments or other authorities, including currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, levies, duties, tourism or accommodation taxes, and any other mandatory charges introduced or increased after the time of quoting or booking. This can also apply to any new or increased taxes, levies, duties, tourism taxes, accommodation taxes, sustainability taxes, visitor taxes, other government-imposed charges, etc., introduced or amended after the time of quoting or booking, whether applied prospectively or retrospectively. Such increases may be applied up to the date of departure or commencement of travel. Prices do not include personal expenses unless specifically stated, including alcoholic beverages, gratuities, meals, or transport to and from your home and departure.
4.2 Availability
All prices, services, products, and travel arrangements are subject to availability. We rely on information supplied by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, wholesalers, destination operators, and other service providers and accordingly, availability may change at any time before booking confirmation.
4.3 Special Offers
Special offers are available for limited periods only and may be withdrawn, amended, or sold out without notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific promotions.
4.4 Errors and Omissions
While every effort is made to ensure information and pricing displayed on this website are accurate, errors and omissions may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, and bookings made based on an incorrect price will not be valid or honoured. If an error is identified, we will advise you as soon as reasonably possible and provide you the option to either pay the correct price or cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any amounts paid. The corrected price will then apply to your booking.
